I. General Terms & Conditions
By becoming an Air Miles member you’re immediately part of the Middle East’s most exciting customer loyalty programme. Once you’ve received your Air Miles card, you can start collecting Air Miles and be on your way to your first free reward.
Please take the time to read these Terms & Conditions since by using your card you are bound by them. They may vary from time to time. Our Service Centre can be contacted on 1758 3888 to answer any queries.
In these Terms & Conditions ‘we’ are Rewards Management Middle East FZ - LLC, ‘participating companies’ are companies authorised by us to issue Air Miles when you purchase their qualifying goods and services and ‘reward providers’ are companies from whom goods and services, in accordance with the current Reward Schedule, can be obtained in exchange for Air Miles.
1. Membership
Only individuals may be members and membership is free. You will be issued with a membership card and you may apply for up to three additional cards for use by your immediate family or any person who resides with you. Application for membership or for an additional card is at our discretion. You are responsible for ensuring that additional card holders observe these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to terminate membership and revoke accrued Air Miles in the event that you or any of your additional card holders:
- fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions
- supply any false or misleading information to us or to any of our participating companies
- abuse any membership privilege
- do not use your card for a period of 12 months
- die or becomes bankrupt.
You may cancel your membership or any additional card at any time by giving us written notice.
2. Collecting Air Miles
We and our participating companies will determine from time to time which goods and services qualify for Air Miles and the number of Air Miles that will be credited for such purchases. To receive Air Miles you must notify the participating company that you are an Air Miles member and present your card before the transaction is concluded. For telephone or internet purchases, your membership number must be quoted. Air Miles are awarded only for goods and services actually supplied. These conditions also apply when using the credit card of a participating company.
We will record your Air Miles upon being notified by the participating company of the relevant transaction. We cannot be held liable for any failure on the part of a participating company to so notify us. Air Miles collected by use of an HSBC credit card will be recorded when your next credit card statement is processed. We will not record Air Miles given by companies who are no longer participating companies.
Air Miles activity summaries are issued quarterly. Any purported inaccuracies on such summaries must be notified to our Service Centre within four weeks of the relevant summary date, after which time the summary shall be taken as approved by you. Our decision relating to purported inaccuracies is final and binding. We reserve the right to amend your Air Miles record as we consider appropriate at any time.
3. Claiming a Reward
When you have collected sufficient Air Miles, you can request a reward from our current Reward Schedule by telephoning our Service Centre or visiting our website. You may be asked to prove your identity. All rewards are subject to availability and are subject to such advance booking requirements, cancellation restrictions and other terms and conditions as appear in the Reward Schedule or as otherwise stipulated by the reward provider. We cannot be held liable for any failure on the part of a reward provider to provide rewards on their stated terms and conditions.
Your Air Miles cannot be pooled with the Air Miles of any other member.
Rewards in the form of tickets or vouchers will be posted to your current address. If you request tickets or vouchers to be delivered by courier, the appropriate number of Air Miles will be debited from your Air Miles balance.

4. Personal Information
We are dedicated to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information. We never rent or sell your details to any third party. Your data is stored securely on our database and will only be disclosed to our trusted partners for the purpose of operating the Air Miles programme.

- We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice:-
- to change these Terms & Conditions, the qualifying goods and services, the Reward Schedule and our participating companies; or
- to suspend or terminate the Air Miles programme
Notwithstanding that such change may result in reducing or extinguishing the number or value of, or the period of expiry of, any existing or future Air Miles. Whilst we shall make every endeavour to notify you of any such changes, we cannot be held liable for any failure to do so.
Air Miles have no cash or monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, damage or unauthorised use of a card or reward, whether in the course of post or delivery or otherwise. Any replacement is provided at our discretion, subject to such terms and conditions as we deem fit. A charge of AED 10.00 may apply to replacement cards.
All conditions and warranties, whether expressed or implied and whether arising under legislation or otherwise, as to condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any reward supplied are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability that cannot be fully excluded is limited, where permitted, to replacing, repairing or crediting the value of the reward at our discretion.
All exclusions and limitations of liability in these Terms & Conditions apply for our benefit and the benefit of all participating companies and reward providers.
Participating companies and reward providers do not have any authority, expressed or implied, to make any representation or warranty on our behalf.
II. Rewards Terms & Conditions
- GENERAL
- Rewards can be issued in anyone’s name.
- At the time of requesting the Reward, your current Air Miles balance must be at least equal to the total Air Miles value of the reward you are requesting.
- Please allow a minimum 14-day processing period from the time a standard Air Mile is collected to the time it appears in your account. Promotion bonus miles may take longer.
- All rewards are subject to availability by the supplier to Rewards Management Middle East FZ-LLC. Stocks may be limited. If we are unable to fulfill your Reward, you will be contacted.
- Air Miles rewards and the Air Miles required are subject to change without notice.
- For Miles + Money options, we will either require your Credit Card details or you will be asked to pay the amount in store or at our office when you redeem your Reward.
- The selection of Reward supplier for redemption of Air Miles is at the discretion of Rewards Management Middle East FZ-LLC.
- All the rewards in this catalogue can only be redeemed by Air Miles members in the country you are registered with Air Miles
- Reward offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other reward supplier offers.
- Once a reward has been issued it cannot be returned or exchanged for Air Miles, cash or other products.
- Part payment of your Reward choice may or may not qualify for Air Miles - check with our Service Centre.
- Reward products may change from time to time.
- All Reward vouchers & tickets are sent to you via ordinary mail. If you request tickets or vouchers to be delivered by courier, the appropriate number of Air Miles will be debited from your Air Miles balance.
- Some rewards may differ slightly from the image shown.
For Miles + Money redemptions made online at www.airmilesme.com, you will be required to enter your credit card details via a secure server, hosted by Network International, PO Box 4487, Dubai, UAE, who will authorize & process your payment.
All credit card information is encrypted using SSL technology only for use by Network International, during credit card transactions through a 3-D secure payment gateway. For additional information on Network International go to www.network.ae. This credit card information is not viewable by Air Miles
If you make a payment and the redemption is not processed, due for example to a product being out of stock, we will refund your money payment directly to your credit card and any Air Miles deducted will be credited back to your Air Miles account.
- AIR MILES FLIGHTS REWARDS
- Your request must be made at least 14 days prior to the required travel date.
- Flight rewards do not qualify for frequent flyer programme points.
- After a booking has been confirmed, it cannot be refunded, transferred, upgraded or changed.
- All air travel must be completed within six months of the date of the original confirmed booking.
- Flight bookings must originate and end in the country in which you have redeemed your Air Miles
- Air Miles will deal with reputable airline carriers only but selection of the carrier and the route for redemption of Air Miles is at the discretion of Air Miles.
- Peak season charges may apply (website rates may differ).
- Flight Rewards exclude tax and surcharges. Flights are subject to availability.
- Air Miles accepts no responsibility for any loss from or related to:
- Travel Cancellation or delay
- Loss or damage to luggage or other property
- Personal accident or sickness suffered while traveling
- Any other circumstances arising from redemption of Air Miles outside the control of Air Miles.

- ACCOMODATION REWARDS
- Once you receive your free night’s accommodation Reward voucher from us, please book your room night with the hotel directly.
- While booking, please inform the hotel that you are going to use the Air Miles Voucher.
- Any Reward bookings accepted once you receive your Reward letter will be at the discretion of the accommodation Reward supplier.
- Air Miles redeemed for an accommodation reward are non-refundable, non-returnable or exchangeable for cash or any other Reward.
- The age limit for children varies among the accommodation providers. Please check with the hotel when making your booking.
- Reward vouchers exclude taxes and service charges, which must be paid directly to the hotel at the time of your stay.
OTHER REWARDS
- Rewards that are not in the form of vouchers will be delivered to your doorstep. Please allow 7 – 10 working days for the delivery. Courier Charges are applicable.
